24 hours in a town somewhere at the seaside. It starts
in the morning and ends at the dawn of the next day.
Seven different stories told in the film and seven various
couples, including the married ones, lovers and siblings.
They are trying to solve their own problems, both moral
and emotional, as well as those connected with self
identification.
PIOTR
ŁAZARKIEWICZ
Born in 1953 in Cieplice Slaskie. Film and theatre director,
screenwriter. Graduated from Polish Philology at the
Wroclaw University (1977) and Film Directing at the
Radio and Television Department of Silesian University
in Katowice (1981). Author of several documentaries,
including awarded "Wave". "A Tme for
Witches" (President of Radio and Television Committee
at PFF in Gdynia 1993 and Peace Award at IFF in Triest,
1995) e.a. Director of opera and theatre spectacles
in Great Theatre in Lodz, Bagatela Theatre in Krakow,
Studio Theatre, Polish Theatre, Bajka Theatre and Wola
Theatre in Warsaw, and City Theatre in Gdynia. He also
directed Television Theatre plays. He passed away in
June 2008.
