A documentary film which portrays a dramatic life of a Jewish political activist, Szmul Zygielbojm. On May 12th 1943, in London, he commited a suicide as a protest against the world doing nothing to stop the Holocaust in the Warsaw Ghetto. Now his brother meets people who witnessed his desperate fight for reaching conscience of the world's great men.

DZAMILA ANKIEWICZ
Born in 1961 in Gorzow Wielkopolski. Director and a scriptwriter of feature and documentary films. Graduated from Polish Philology at the Warsaw Univeristy (1985) and the Scriptwriting Studies at the Lodz Film School (1990). Her credits as a director also include: "Where People Did Not Meet" (Tam, gdzie sie ludzie nie umawiali, 2007),
"The Last Gipsy in Auschwitz" (Ostatni Cygan w Oswiecimiu, 1994).
