A true story of three young men: Leslaw Maleszka (Leszek), Bronislaw Wildstein (Bronek), and Stanislaw Pyjas (Staszek). They become friends in communist Poland during their college years in Cracow back in 1970s. Three individuals with a strong sense of justice and freedom. Three best buddies. One of the friends gets murdered by the Secret Police; another one turns out to be a traitor; and the third one for many years has been fighting for the truth to be revealed to the public.

EWA STANKIEWICZ
Graduated in Film Directing from the Lodz Film School in Lodz. She took part in workshops with Agnieszka Holland, Wojciech Marczewski, Marta Meszaros. Also, she got her MA in Polish Philology at the Wroclaw University. She worked as a reporter for Radio Des Droites De L'Homme ( Human Rights Radio Station ) in Paris, The Polish Radio in Wroclaw and several Polish TV Stations (TVN, TVP1, TVP2 ) making authorial documentaries for which she has been numerously awarded. Her short student films - "Stupid Riddles" (Glupie zagadaki, 2000) , "Tramway People." (Ludzie z tramwaju, 2000) - were shown all over the world. Worked as the 2nd director in "Three For Taking" (Trojka do wziecia, 2006).

ANNA FERENS
Documentary film director, screenwriter and a journalist. She majored in Journalism and Political Science at the Warsaw University. She also studied Serbo-Croatian at the same university and Advertising for Business at the French Institute of Government in Warsaw.
