Stalin
was getting ready for war, an offensive war, since the
early 1930's. In a country where cannibalism was common
practice among people, Stalin ordered to train one million
parachutists. Military factories - the only factories
in the USSR - produced four thousand floating tanks;
the only floating tanks in the world. A number larger
than all German tanks. Neither parachutists or floating
tanks are needed for defense. Was Stalin planning to
start the World War II? This is what Wiktor Suworow,
a historian and former intelligence, is convinced of.
The facts support his claim.
