SYNOPSIS:

A film about a man who shaped Polish cinema after WWII. He was a film authority who raised generations of Polish directors and cinematographers. In times of Poland’s rebuilding, he was instrumental in establishing such film institutions as The Documentary Film Production Company, The Polish Film Chronicle, State Enterprise ”Film Polski,” and many others.  He paved the way for artistic careers of Has, Wajda, Skolimowski, and Polanski. Without Bossak there wouldn’t have been a Polish School (Has).
