Two
suckers from Poland have arrived to the house of Japanese
woman who is always busy or who is not there and they
would like to make a movie about her, that's how director
Marcin Koszalka explains his idea. The Polish filmmakers
would like to make a documentary about Japanese woman
but she tries to direct their attention to the surrounding
landscape. Cultural differences and first of all language
barriers turn out to be too big obstacle...

in 1970 in Cracow. Feature and documentary film director,
cameraman. Graduate of the K. Kieslowski Department
of Radio & TV at the University of Silesia. Recipient
of numerous international awards, incl. festivals in
Nyon, Berlin, Gdynia, Cracow, Wroclaw. He directed six
doc films: Such a Nice Boy I Delivered
(1999), Nameday (2003), Made
in Poland (2003), Come What May
(2004), All Day Together (2006), Death
with a Human Face.
