Zawsze byłam dumna ze swoich piersi , tak zaczyna swoją opowieść jedna z bohaterek filmu, którą czeka amputacja piersi. Druga bohaterka jest już po amputacji. Obie żyją ze świadomością własnej choroby nowotworowej. Mają za sobą naświetlania, chemioterapię i mastektomię. W obu przypadkach choroba zatrzymała się. Jedna z bohaterek decyduje się na zabieg rekonstrukcji piersi. Druga - nie. Dwie różne postawy, dwie zupełnie różne kobiety. Jedno je łączy - siła z jaką przeciwstawiły się chorobie. Wygrały, ocaliły siebie.

I've always been proud of my breasts - says one of the two women, the main characters in the film. She waits for the breast amputation. The other woman already had the amputation. Both of them live with the awareness of their illness. They have been treated with radiation and chemotherapy. In both cases, illness has been stopped. One of the women decides to implant the new breast, the other one does not want it. These two different women represent two different attitudes, but what they have in common is strength with which both of them have fought with illness. They both have won, they have saved themselves.
