Dariusz Michalczewski, the "Tiger", won 48 fights in a row. Only one boxer ever won more - Rocky Marciano who won 49 back in the 50s. Before hanging up his gloves, the Tiger challenges French world champion Fabrice Tiozzo to one last fight. The director follow the Tiger from the preparation to the ring. His film is an intimate portrait of a boxer and a fascinating look behind the scenes of the sport.

Pawel M. Starost

Born in 1973 in Warsaw. When he was 12 years old he moved from Poland to Germany. He graduated at the Filmakademie Baden-Wurttemberg (Film Directing) in 2003. Made a number of short films. Tiger is his first documentary film.
